È di nuovo quel periodo dell’anno. La neve sta iniziando a cadere, mentre l’autunno si trasforma in inverno e i The Game Awards sono proprio dietro l’angolo. Oggi, The Game Awards ha rivelato i suoi candidati per il 2022.
La cerimonia di premiazione si svolgerà l’8 dicembre al Microsoft Theater di Los Angeles, in California. Saranno presenti membri del settore e un pubblico che acquista i biglietti , per una notte di trofei e anteprime mondiali.
I candidati di quest’anno sono guidati da God of War Ragnarok con 10 nomination totali, seguito da Elden Ring a 7. Non sono tutti titani però, dato che anche alcuni progetti indipendenti hanno avuto qualche cenno. Immortality e Neon White hanno entrambi ottenuto tre nomination ciascuno.
Debut Indie Game e Games For Impact hanno anche alcune voci solide, come Vampire Survivors e Citizen Sleeper . È stato anche riconosciuto un certo creatore di contenuti di gioco, poiché l’aggregatore di notizie Nibellion (alias Nibel) recentemente in pensione ha ottenuto una nomination per Creatore di contenuti dell’anno.
